Red Chili Onion Rings

  1. Place onions in bowl.
  2. Pour milk over; let stand 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  3. Whisk flour, Red Chili Powder, cumin, paprika and salt in large bowl.
  4. Pour enough oil into large pot to reach depth of 3 inches.
  5. Heat to 350F.
  6. Working with a few onion rings at a time, shake off excess milk.
  7. Dip into flour mixture, coating lightly.
  8. Add onion rings to pot; deep-fry until golden, about 45 seconds.
  9. Drain on paper towels and serve.
