Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Over medium heat in large frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil until golden; remove.
  2. Add chopped onion, green pepper and celery until golden.
  3. Add ground chuck and saute until brown (10 minutes), stirring constantly.
  4. Add seasonings, stirring with beef mixture for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, 1 can of water and mushrooms.
  6. Put garlic back into mixture.
  7. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour.
  8. Serve over spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
