Andy's Rice Parmesan

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  2. Add onion and garlic, saute for 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, rice and wine, and bring to boil.
  4. reduce heat to low, cover, and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl, and add cheese before serving.
