Peaches and Cream Dessert
- 1 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Butter, Softened
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 box Small Boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 8 oz 2 Package Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- 6 tbsp Peach Juice
- Combine all ingredients and beat 2 minutes with mixer.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Drain 1 large can sliced peaches.
- Keep the juice.
- Place peaches over the batter.
- For the toppings: Mix together well.
- Spoon topping over batter and peaches.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before baking for 30 minutes at 350F
- Served warm with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream
