Chef Joey's Dairy Free Breakfast Sandwich (For One)

  1. Put the coconut oil in a small saute pan and heat.
  2. When hot add the egg.
  3. Break the yolk before the white totally cooks.
  4. Sprinkle the grilling season on the egg.
  5. Flip the egg and cook on the other side.
  6. Lightly toast the sprouted bun.
  7. Spread on the horseradish.
  8. Put the slice of cheese on the bun and add the egg.
  9. Bon Appetit!
