Doves-Doves-And More Doves
- scallions, white leeks or onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 bunches spinach (frozen will do), cooked, drained and chopped
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb. Feta (goat) cheese, broken up
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped fine
- dash of dill
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1/2 lb. margarine/butter, melted
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. phyllo pastry
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- You will need 1/2 slice bacon, small slice hot pepper (or what you prefer) and wooden toothpicks.
- Take 1 side of breast, lay on 1/2 slice bacon.
- Put piece of pepper and roll and secure with toothpick.
- Just before you are ready to use, mix garlic powder and soy sauce.
- It only takes a small amount in a plastic bag; add rolled dove breasts and marinate until either your barbecue or your broiler is hot.
- If in broiler, use a pan.
- Cook until bacon is completely cooked; turn once.
- You won't believe how good!
