Irv's Smoked Salmon

  1. In suitable container, combine all ingredients, except salmon and wood chips.
  2. Mix well, add salmon, cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
  3. Rinse under cold water and pat dry to touch.
  4. Arrange in smoker, skin side down, and smoke 8 to 12 hours, adding more wood chips every 30 minutes.
