LG RED WINE VINEGAR CHICKEN
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 tsp cornstach
- 3 drumsticks or chicken breast optional
- 2 tbsp red wine vineger
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp five spice
- 2 tsp light soy
- put salt and pepper with cornstarch on chicken and mix well till fully coated
- fry chicken both side about 8 minute then drain
- on dry pan sringkle sugar and five spice then red wine vineger till fulling coated chicken in low heat till vinger evaporated
- top light soy sauce and fully costed and dry up off heat snd serve
