Foolproof Chocolate Souffle with BAKER'S Chocolate Sauce
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Melt 4 oz.
- chocolate as directed on package.
- Beat egg whites in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Add egg yolks, melted chocolate, and sugar; beat until blended.
- Gently stir in egg whites until blended.
- Pour into 2 qt.
- baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 27 to 32 min.
- or until top is puffed and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, microwave COOL WHIP and remaining chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Serve with warm souffle.
