Foolproof Chocolate Souffle with BAKER'S Chocolate Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Melt 4 oz.
  3. chocolate as directed on package.
  4. Beat egg whites in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  5. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  6. Add egg yolks, melted chocolate, and sugar; beat until blended.
  7. Gently stir in egg whites until blended.
  8. Pour into 2 qt.
  9. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  10. Bake 27 to 32 min.
  11. or until top is puffed and golden brown.
  12. Meanwhile, microwave COOL WHIP and remaining chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  13. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  14. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  15. Serve with warm souffle.
