Aunt Sherry's Strawberry Cake

  1. Cake.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Grease and flour 2 layer cake pans.
  4. In small bowl, mix together eggs, oil and water.
  5. In large mixer bowl, add flour to cake mix.
  6. Stir egg mixture, Jello, and strawberries into cake mix.
  7. Beat 2 minutes.
  8. Pour into prepared pans.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
  10. Cool in pan and frost.
  11. Frosting.
  12. In a large bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer.
  13. Beat in the strawberry syrup.
  14. With the mixer on low speed, add the powdered sugar a cup at a time until smooth and creamy.
