Beef Tenderloin, Grilled

  1. Broil tenderloin, done to your liking.
  2. Season with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  3. Pierce potatoes several times with a fork.
  4. Bake until tender.
  5. Top each with 1 Tbsp.
  6. margarine and 1/2 tsp.
  7. brown sugar substitute.
  8. Cook asparagus until crisp tender.
  9. Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  10. Serve alongside equally divided tenderloin and potatoes.
  11. Enjoy 2 cups grapes per serving for dessert.
  12. Serve each person 8 fl oz milk with the meal.
