Beef Tenderloin, Grilled
- 1 lb. beef tenderloin, fat trimmed
- 4 medium sweet potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 2 tsp. brown sugar substitute
- 20 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 8 cups red or green grapes
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Broil tenderloin, done to your liking.
- Season with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Pierce potatoes several times with a fork.
- Bake until tender.
- Top each with 1 Tbsp.
- margarine and 1/2 tsp.
- brown sugar substitute.
- Cook asparagus until crisp tender.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Serve alongside equally divided tenderloin and potatoes.
- Enjoy 2 cups grapes per serving for dessert.
- Serve each person 8 fl oz milk with the meal.
