Sweet-Sour Coleslaw

  1. in a small bowl, whisk together, the mayonnaise, sugar, buttermilk, lemon juice, cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. place the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
  3. add dressing.
  4. toss to coat.
  5. cover.
  6. refrigerate for 1 hour or until serving.
