Sweet-Sour Coleslaw
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 13 cup sugar
- 14 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 12 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- in a small bowl, whisk together, the mayonnaise, sugar, buttermilk, lemon juice, cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
- place the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
- add dressing.
- toss to coat.
- cover.
- refrigerate for 1 hour or until serving.
