Canton noodles and vegetables
- 1 can diced tomatoes fifteen ounce
- 4 oz leeks with flowers
- 2 stalks of celery sliced coarsely
- 1 large red onion
- 8 oz canton noodles
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 lb broccoli
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 15 oz vegetable broth save out quarter cup
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth reserved from can
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- Boil noodles in water and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and salt 3 minutes drain
- Stir fry all the rest of the ingredients with a good oil ibused just a little sunflower oil
- Add onions , to hot oil
- Add leeks and flowers
- Celery
- Tomatoes spices sugar
- Add broccoli
- Noodles soy sauceadd everything except quarter cup each of cornstarch amd vegetable broth heat boiling let thicken
