Country Breakfast

  1. Cook potatoes, green pepper and onion in margarine until lightly browned.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Break eggs over potato mixture, cover, cook until eggs are done.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and heat until cheese melts.
