Amigo Sausage Balls

• 6 hot Italian sausages
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 3 cups grated old Cheddar cheese
• 2 cups Chinese cherry sauce
• 1 to 1-1/2 tsp. finely chopped jalepeno
• red hot peppers (to taste)

1. Remove sausage from casing.
2. Mix well, all ingredients, by hand.
3. Form 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake in 350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until sausage is pink but not runny.
5. Place on paper towel to drip off fat before serving.
