Chimichurri T-Bone Steak
- 6 beef t-bone steaks
- sea salt, to taste
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 cup cream
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and sliced
- 3 tablespoons of finely chopped chives
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- 14 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh chili pepper, piquin crushed
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup white vinegar
- Add salt and pepper to the meat, drizzle with oil and grill in skillet.
- In large bowl mix olive oil, parsley, salt, black pepper, chili "piquin", garlic and vinegar.
- Whisk well, refrigerate.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wrap each potato individually in foil.
- Place in baking pan until done, approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cut lenght wise and add cream, bacon and chives.
- Once T-bone has been grilled on both sides to a medium consistency serve with bake potatoes and chimichurri sauce.
