Lettuce Salad with Crab Stick and Egg Stir-Fry

  1. Rip up the lettuce with your hands, and soak in water to crisp up.
  2. Drain and dry well.
  3. Cut the crab sticks into 4 cm and shred.
  4. Scramble the egg finely.
  5. Put the mayonnaise and Japanese mustard in a bowl and mix.
  6. Add the ingredients from Step 1 to the bowl and mix well.
  7. Taste, and add salt if needed.
  8. Transfer to serving plates and it's done.
  9. It's also delicious with pepper as an accent.
