Lettuce Salad with Crab Stick and Egg Stir-Fry
- 2 long sticks Imitation crab sticks
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 a head Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Japanese mustard
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Rip up the lettuce with your hands, and soak in water to crisp up.
- Drain and dry well.
- Cut the crab sticks into 4 cm and shred.
- Scramble the egg finely.
- Put the mayonnaise and Japanese mustard in a bowl and mix.
- Add the ingredients from Step 1 to the bowl and mix well.
- Taste, and add salt if needed.
- Transfer to serving plates and it's done.
- It's also delicious with pepper as an accent.
