Beets and Potatoes With Truffle Oil

  1. Boil the potatoes and beets until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Peel.
  5. Mash with the rest, adding enough half and half to achieve desired consistancy.
  6. YUM!
