Raspberry Sundaes for Kids of All Sizes

  1. Arrange paper patty cases on baking tray or in muffin pans.
  2. Place sponge finger pieces in bottom.
  3. Using electric beater beat cream and icing sugar until firm peaks form.
  4. Stir through milo and almond bread.
  5. Divide mixture evenly among cases.
  6. Freeze 1 -2 hours.
  7. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving and drizzle with chocolate and top with fruit.
