BBQ Chicken Salad

  1. Mix barbecue sauce and mayonnaise; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Mix 1/4 lb.
  4. chicken, 2 Tbsp.
  5. corn, 2 Tbsp.
  6. red pepper, 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  7. green onions and 2 cups of the salad greens in large bowl.
  8. Add 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture; toss to coat.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Spoon onto serving plate; serve immediately.
