Smoked Trout Dip

• 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
• 1 cup light sour cream
• 375g smoked trout, shredded
• 1/2 cup semi sundried tomato, roughly chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
• salt and pepper to taste

1. Combine Philly* and sour cream.
2. Stir through smoked trout, semi-sundried tomato, dill and lemon juice.
3. Season to taste.
4. Serve with crackers.
