Smoked Trout Dip
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 375g smoked trout, shredded
- 1/2 cup semi sundried tomato, roughly chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine Philly* and sour cream.
- Stir through smoked trout, semi-sundried tomato, dill and lemon juice.
- Season to taste.
- Serve with crackers.
