Saucy Chopped Steak

  1. Mix meat and pepper; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) oval patties.
  2. Melt 1 tsp.
  3. butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add patties; cook 5 min.
  5. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  6. Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
  7. Melt remaining butter in same skillet.
  8. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  9. Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir 2 min or until onions are crisp-tender.
  10. Add cooking creme; cook 2 to 3 min.
  11. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  12. Spoon over patties; top with parsley.
