Deviled Ham Cheese Ball

  1. Soften cream cheese in mixer bowl; beat with electric beater. Beat in Cheddar cheese and next 8 ingredients until mixture is creamy.
  2. Stir in parsley and pimiento.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to handle.
  4. Shape into a ball and coat evenly with the chopped nuts.
  5. Wrap in moisture/waterproof paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
