Planter's Punch

• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
• 3 ounces rum
• 1/2 cup ice, crushed
• Dash Angostura bitters

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice and sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
2. Add rum, ice and bitters and shake.
3. Pour punch into a glass, unstrained.
