Blueberry Angel Food Cake Rolls(No Fat, No Cholesterol)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Line two 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pans with aluminum foil.
  3. Prepare cake following package directions; divide into pans.
  4. Spread evenly.
  5. Cut through batter with knife or spatula to remove air bubbles.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until set.
  7. Invert cakes at once onto clean, lint-free dish towels dusted with confectioners sugar.
  8. Remove foil.
  9. Roll up each cake with towel, jelly roll fashion.
  10. Cool completely. Unroll cakes and spread about 1 cup blueberry pie filling to within 1 inch of edges.
  11. Reroll and dust with 1/4 cup confectioners sugar.
  12. Very good.
  13. Makes 2 cakes.
