Shrimp Fettuccini Bake
- 1 pound Deveined Shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoons Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
- 2 sticks Butter, Divided
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 jar Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 pint Half-and-half
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 pound Fettucini
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- 2.
- Put shrimp to boil with the Tonys creole seasoning.
- Once boiled, drain and pour in a large bowl.
- 3.
- Prepare fettuccini as directed.
- 4.
- While fettuccini is cooking, melt 1 stick of butter with green onions, mushrooms, and pepper on low heat till tender.
- Then add to the shrimp and mix.
- 5.
- In the same pot, melt the remaining stick of butter, cheese, and half-and-half on low heat, stirring often until cheese is melted.
- Add to the shrimp mixture and stir till combined.

- Drain fettucini and stir into the shrimp mixture.
- 6.
- Pour into a glass pan and bake for up to 1 hour.
- It just depends on how golden you like it.
- Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
- Note: You can substitue crab or crawfish in place of the shrimp.
- Or go all out and use your favorite seafood combination to make a whole seafood fettuccini.
