Easy Quiche Recipe

• 1 pkg. frzn spinach souffle, thawed
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 c. cheddar cheese
• 1 c. meat (ham, chicken, bacon)
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1 (9") pie crust brushed with oil

1. Mix spinach souffle with Large eggs, cheese, meat and onion.
2. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
3. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till lightly browned.
4. Let stand 5 min before cutting.
