Tangy Taco Salad

  1. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  2. Return meat to skillet.
  3. Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in seasoning mix and water.
  5. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Divide lettuce among 4 plates; top with meat mixture and remaining ingredients.
