Honey Mustard Curry Chicken
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 13 cups Dijon Mustard
- 3 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper (or More Depending On Your Taste)
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease/spray a small baking dish (9x9 square or 9x13, depending on the size of your chicken breasts).
- Rinse chicken, pat dry, and arrange in your dish.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add the remaining sauce ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Bring sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling and noticeably thickened, remove sauce from heat and pour it all over the chicken.
- Cover your dish with foil and put the pan into the oven; bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil; bake an additional 20 minutes.
- You may want to peek at your dish from time to time to make sure the sauce is still keeping your chicken nice and cozy.
- This is fantastic with white rice or potatoes.
- Make sure to spoon some of the delicious sauce on your chicken and accompaniment!
