Puff Filo Spinach Squares

  1. Arrange 6 sheets of the filo dough in the bottom of a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, brushing butter or margarine between each sheet.
  2. Allow edges of dough to overlap sides of pan.
  3. Spread souffle evenly over dough; sprinkle with water chestnuts.
  4. Top with remaining filo, brushing butter between each sheet.
  5. Fold edges of filo toward center; brush with remaining butter.
  6. Score top layers of filo into 48 squares or diamonds.
  7. Bake in a 400u0b0 oven 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly; cut through all layers.
  9. Serve warm or cold.
  10. Makes 48 appetizers.
