Taco Salad Bowl

  1. In a medium skillet, brown beef and minced garlic.
  2. Drain fat; add chopped green chilies and undrained whole tomatoes with meat in skillet.
  3. Uncover; simmer 30 minutes.
  4. Shred cheese and lettuce; chop scallions and tomatoes.
  5. In a large bowl put lettuce in; arrange chips around outer edge.
  6. Place meat on lettuce; sprinkle cheese around meat and add onion, tomato and olives.
  7. Top off with sour cream.
