Eggnog Oatmeal
- 12 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 teaspoon Sweet 'n Low
- 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
- 1 dash nutmeg
- Mix oats, flax seed and water.
- Cook to desired consistency (my microwave is about 2 minutes).
- Let cool.
- Mix in egg.
- Microwave 20 seconds at a time, then stir.
- Repeat until egg begins to coagulate.
- Add milk, vanilla, sweet n low, and sprinkling of nutmeg.
- Enjoy.
