Caramel Apple Cake With Granola Streusel Recipe
- 1 box (18.5-ounce) caramel-flavored cake mix
- 1 c. Granola
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 2 lrg , tart apples, cored, finely minced
- 1 c. Minced, toasted pecans
- 1 c. Granola
- 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 stk unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 c. Minced toasted pecans

- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 13- by 9-inch baking pan.

- For cake, combine cake mix, granola, Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, oil, water and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix with an electric mixer till well-combined, 2 min.
- Mix in apples and nuts.
- Pour into prepared pan.

- Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle over batter.

- Bake till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 45 to 50 min.
- Cold on wire rack.
- Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
