Honey Baked Chicken
- 3 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Or Thighs
- 13 cups Butter Or Margarine, Melted
- 13 cups Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
- 2.
- Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, curry powder, coriander, cardamom and turmeric in a bowl.
- Pour it over each piece of chicken.

- Bake at 350 F for about 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is tender and browned.
- 4.
- Serve with rice.
