Succulent Beef Tips Served Over Rice or Noodles

  1. Cut steak into one inch cubes.
  2. Mix flour, salt, garlic powder and black pepper in a plastic bag.
  3. Put meat in flour mixture and coat well.
  4. Heat oil in an iron skillet.
  5. Add meat and brown.
  6. Add celery and onion to meat.
  7. Cook until celery and onion is tender.
  8. Add beef broth.
  9. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 hours, adding water if needed.
  10. Cook rice or noodles according to package directions.
  11. Serve beef tips over rice or pasta.
