Bisquick Coffee Cake Recipe

• 1/3 c. Bisquick Original Baking Mix
• 1/3 c. Packed brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp. Hard margarine or possibly butter
• 2 c. Bisquick Original Baking Mix
• 2/3 c. Lowfat milk or possibly water
• 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
• 1 x Egg

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9" round pan.
2. Mix Streusel Topping ingredients till crumbly; set aside.
3. Stir coffee Cake ingredients till blended.
4. Spread in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
5. Bake 18 to 22 min or possibly till golden.
6. 10 servings.
