Warm Harvest Cranberry Dip

  1. Place cream cheese and dressing in 6-qt.
  2. bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  3. Beat on low speed 1 min.
  4. or until well blended.
  5. Scrape paddle and bottom and side of bowl.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.
  7. Spoon evenly into two half-steamtable pans (or into one half-steamtable pan for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake in 325 degrees F-convection oven 10 to 12 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Serve 1/4 cup of the dip in individual ramekins along with assorted crackers and cut-up fresh vegetables.
