Passionfruit Ceviche
- 2 whole Passion Fruits, Juiced
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 1 whole Serrano Chili, Stem And Seeds Removed, Finely Sliced
- 400 grams Halibut, Salmon Or A Mix Of Both, Cut Into Small Cubes
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1/4 pieces Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted And Chopped
- Juice the fruits into a large bowl through a sieve then add the chili.
- Add the fish and toss to make sure that it gets thoroughly coated.
- Cover the bowl and let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, add the rest of the ingredients and mix it gently.Serve the ceviche with crispy wontons or chips.
