Chunky Chicken & Vegetable soup

  1. Make soup according to directions on pkt.
  2. Add creamed corn, stir thoroughly.
  3. Add chicken pieces& vegetables (if using fresh ones).
  4. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add pasta& vegies if using frozen ones.
  6. Simmer for approx 1 hour, or until vegies are very soft.
  7. You may like to leave soup overnight as creamed corn will cause it to thicken more.
  8. Serve with herb bread.
  9. enjoy!
