Marshmallow-Chocolate Truffles

  1. Cover baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Dip marshmallows, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat marshmallow.
  3. Gently shake off excess chocolate.
  4. Place on prepared baking sheet; top with sprinkles.
  5. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours or until chocolate is firm.
