Marshmallow-Chocolate Truffles
- 20 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup multi-coloured sprinkles
- Cover baking sheet with parchment.
- Dip marshmallows, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat marshmallow.
- Gently shake off excess chocolate.
- Place on prepared baking sheet; top with sprinkles.
- Let stand at room temperature 2 hours or until chocolate is firm.
