S'more smores

  1. mix the small jar of marshmallow creme and 1/3 of a pint of heavy whipping cream in a bowl.
  2. add a handful of chocolate chips once it's mixed well and microwave for 30 seconds
  3. pour in graham cracker pie crust and freeze until stiff
  4. spread cool whip on top of pie once it's set.
  5. crunch graham crackers up and spread over the cool whip, sprinkle more chocolate chips and add the caramel topping.
  6. freeze for a few more minutes just to make sure it's set well, and enjoy!
