Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, cream togther Crisco, margarine, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time until well blended.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir into creamed mixture.
  6. Mix in oats until just combined.
  7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, 2inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until just ligh brown.
  9. Don't over bake.
  10. Cool and store in airtight container.
