Chicken Country Captain Recipe

  1. Saute/fry peppers, onion, garlic in chicken fat.
  2. Add in tomatoes, catsup, curry, mushrooms, thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Add in chicken broth.
  4. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
  5. Add in almonds and minced chicken.
  6. Heat well.
  7. Garnish with thyme and nuts.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. Enjoy!
