Pizza Casserole
- 1 (16 oz.) box rotini
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans DelGrosso pizza sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni
- onion salt to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- oregano to taste
- Cook rotini according to package directions.
- Brown beef and drain; then add seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Put 1/2 of mixture in large casserole dish.
- Top with 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese.
- Layer with 1/2 of pepperoni.
- Add remaining mixture and layer again with rest of cheese and pepperoni.
- If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 minutes longer.
