Lazy Rice Porridge with Nissin Chicken Ramen

  1. Before taking the Chicken Ramen out from the package, break in half and crush roughly.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a clay pot.
  3. Add rice.
  4. After the rice loosens up, add Chicken Ramen and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Don't stir too much!
  6. Add soy sauce and stir.
  7. Also add eggs (beaten or unbeaten) and turn the heat off.
  8. Scatter green onions and cover the pot.
  9. Serve directly from the pot.
  10. When the eggs are slightly hard-set, it's ready to eat.
