Smoked Salmon, Peas and Bow Ties
- 1 package pasta, bow-tie (farfalle) with sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk, low-fat or skimmed
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 4 ounces smoked salmon flaked
- 23 cup green peas defrosted
- 1 large scallions, spring or green onions sliced
- 1 x chives
- Make pasta as directed on packages using water, milk and margarine.
- When cooking time is finished.
- Stir in flaked smoked salmon and vegetables.
- Can serve with Parmesan cheese to pass.
