Chocolate-Almond Coffee
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 4 cups hot prepared MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Cook first 4 ingredients in saucepan on medium heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.
- Pour 1 cup coffee into each of 4 mugs.
- Stir in chocolate mixture, adding about 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- to each mug.
- Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
