Lettuce Pesto
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 container creme fresh
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 handful pine nuts
- Wash and chop the lettuce, peel the garlic clove.
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender and wizz until a paste.
- Serve with any type of pasta.
