Lettuce Pesto

• 1 iceberg lettuce
• 1 container creme fresh
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 handful pine nuts

1. Wash and chop the lettuce, peel the garlic clove.
2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and wizz until a paste.
3. Serve with any type of pasta.
