Scotch Shortbread

  1. work butter and sugar to a cream.
  2. add both rice and all purpose flour.work until soft.spread wax paper on a cookie sheet.
  3. spread dough on waxed paper.
  4. bake at 325 until golden.
  5. cut in squares.
