- 12 ounces all-purpose flour
- 4 ounces rice flour
- 8 ounces butter
- 4 ounces sugar
- work butter and sugar to a cream.
- add both rice and all purpose flour.work until soft.spread wax paper on a cookie sheet.
- spread dough on waxed paper.
- bake at 325 until golden.
- cut in squares.
