Laham bi ajeen

  1. With a stand up mixer add 1/2 cup warm water to the bowl with the 1/8 tsp of sugar and stir and let sit for 5 minutes
  2. Add the rest of the water and slowly add in the flour a cup at a time
  3. You may need to add a little more water or even a little more flour just check the dough by touching it here and there until you get a silky dough and remember to scrape the sides of the bowls every once a while to make sure it folds in nicely ...grease a bowl and place dough inside let sit for 45 minutes covered with tea towel or damp cloth
  4. While your dough is set aside to rise in a large bowl add your minced beef tomato garlic onion red pepper parsley cayenne pepper lemon honey mixture and 7 spices mix really well then set aside
  5. Preheat oven to 350 f
  6. Once your dough has doubled in size tear of a small peace and roll it out and place it on a cookie sheet
  7. Take 1-2 tbs of meat mixture and spread it over the dough ( you can add more meat if you like but I don't like a lot of meat on them )
  8. Bake for 15 minutes and take them out and remove them from sheet and repeat steps until they are all done
